Size:

Standard sheet size is 1200mm x 2400mm. Custom size is also available.

Slots:

Grooves can be run in either direction, ie:

• 2400 long - Landscape orientation or Horizontal cut,
• 1200 long - Portrait orientation or Vertical cut.

Please note, the wood grain usually runs parallel to the long side(2400mm) of the sheet

Distance between grooves:

• 100mm - Standard - 11 grooves per horizontal panel or 23 grooves per vertical panel
• 120mm - 9 grooves per horizontal panel or 19 grooves per vertical panel
• 150mm - 7 grooves per horizontal panel or 15 grooves per vertical panel
• custom 

Half groove: The horizontal(landscape) panels usually come with 1/2 groove along one 2400mm side so can easily be installed one sheet above the other to give an appearance of a large solid panel.

We supply aluminium T Extrusions to suit.

Lead-time varies due to work load but generally in 5-7 working days.
 

Important Notice:
This is a large item, and the freight charges displayed on our website are based on forklift unloading at the delivery destination. If no forklift is available on-site, the receiver must arrange for sufficient personnel to hand unload the delivery. Please note that hand unloading or tail-lift service will incur additional fees. Contact us to arrange an updated shipping quote if needed.
Please be advised that we do not deliver fewer than three panels. However, you may arrange pickup for any quantity directly from our warehouse.
